Bio

Dr. Donnell is a Woodard Associate Professor of Excellence of Electrical Engineering and the current interim Director of CIES. She earned her BS in Electrical Engineering at Colorado State University and her MSEE and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Missouri S&T.
